These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Appointment Management Service (the "Service"), operated by MIG Media Company. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service
The Service provides online booking and salon/business management features, including appointment scheduling, confirmations, reminders, staff scheduling, and related communications.
2. Accounts and Eligibility
- You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (where applicable).
- You agree not to misuse the Service or attempt unauthorized access.
3. Appointments, Changes, and Cancellations
- Appointment availability depends on the selected services, staff, and business hours.
- Rescheduling and cancellations may be limited by each business’s cancellation policy.
- Arrive on time. Late arrival may reduce service time or require rescheduling.
4. Payments
Some businesses may require payment details or deposits. Any prices, taxes, and fees are shown during booking and/or at the point of sale. Refunds, if applicable, follow the business’s posted policies.
5. SMS Messaging Terms (Appointment Notifications)
If you provide a mobile phone number, you agree that we and/or the relevant business may send you transactional messages related to your appointments, including confirmations, reminders, changes, and cancellations.
- Message frequency: varies depending on your appointments and actions.
- Message and data rates: may apply.
- Opt-out: reply STOP to unsubscribe.
- Help: reply HELP for help, or contact us at support@migmediacompany.com.
Opting out stops SMS messages. You can still use the Service, but you may not receive text-based appointment updates.
We use Twilio as our messaging service provider and will follow applicable messaging rules, including requirements around consent, sender identification, and honoring opt-out requests.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, abusive, or fraudulent purposes.
- Send or attempt to send spam or unsolicited messages through the Service.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service, servers, or networks.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service and its content (excluding your data) are owned by us or our licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the Service except as permitted by law.
8. Privacy
Our data practices are described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
